Renovation of roof of main building GemS Homburg I
The roof of the "Robert-Bosch-Schule" community school in Homburg was renovated in 2024-2025 to improve its energy efficiency. The leaking flat roof was replaced with a mono-pitch roof.
A PV system was also installed.
The next steps are to renovate the windows and façades of the building.
A refurbishment roadmap for the building was drawn up in advance.
