The Saarpfalz district has joined the central e-invoicing portal (ZRE) of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. You can send electronic invoices to the Saarpfalz district via the central e-invoicing portal. The e-invoice portal is available to you after a one-off, free registration at https://e-rechnung.service.rlp.de.
After registering for the RLP user account, you must agree to the terms of use of the RLP centralised e-invoicing system.
To do this, you must log in to this homepage via the "Send" section with your access data for the RLP user account and declare your agreement to the terms of use in the further process and enter the email address that was used to register for the user account.
You can then use the e-mail and upload transmission channels. You can send invoices by e-mail to the functional address [email protected]. Please note that the system only accepts invoices by e-mail if they are sent from the address stored as the CISP e-mail address. The invoice is assigned to the respective invoice recipient based on the routing identification number contained in the invoice.
