AQuiS GmbH is authorised as an employment and qualification provider in accordance with the Accreditation and Authorisation Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV).
Quality management
AQuiS GmbH's quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001.
The aim of quality management at AQuiS GmbH is the continuous optimisation of all areas of the company through the prevention and correction of errors as well as the systematic identification and implementation of potential for improvement. This results in higher quality services and projects and a high level of satisfaction among participants, funding bodies, cooperation partners and AQuiS GmbH employees.
Since 2007, AQuiS GmbH has been a company certified by CERTQUA (Gesellschaft der Deutschen Wirtschaft zur Förderung und Zertifizierung von Qualitätssicherungssystemen in der Beruflichen Bildung mbH) in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, which has set itself the goal of satisfying its users and customers and continuously optimising all quality-relevant processes within the entire organisation. AQuiS GmbH is recognised as a provider of training measures in accordance with AZAV.
"Family-friendly company" seal of approval
AQuiS GmbH has been certified as a family-friendly company by the "Working and Living in Saarland" service centre of the saarland.innovation&standort e.V. (saaris) association due to its efforts to reconcile work and private life for both employees and participants. When it comes to securing childcare and caring for relatives, not only are individual solutions sought and supported, but counselling and placement services are also involved or contact with these services is arranged. There is a cooperation agreement with the care support centre in the Saarpfalz district, so that employees and participants can obtain help quickly and unbureaucratically in organising care for relatives. In consultation with the Saarpfalz district job centre, it is possible to participate in projects on a part-time basis. Jobs are generally divisible - permanently or temporarily.
Initiatives
Sustainability
In our "Sustainability" working group, we are endeavouring to achieve greater sustainability in the company as a whole and in individual projects. Eight fields of action for implementing more sustainability in everyday working life have been identified. We take responsibility for fair and safe working conditions on site, but also in the value chains. This is expressed, for example, in the implementation of the TV-L, in the individual placement of long-term unemployed people in the labour market, in procurement and in cooperation with the fair trade actors in the Saarpfalz district. We have the living conditions of current and future generations in mind when we make species, nature and landscape conservation, upcycling, the preservation of cultural heritage and social commitment the content of our projects. Using energy and resources carefully saves money and reduces our ecological footprint. Our activities are non-competitive, additional, in the public interest, non-profit - there is no profit motive, but rather the intention to operate responsibly and future-orientated with available financial resources and to make a contribution to a social, inclusive, ecological, sustainable, regional economy.
