The youth welfare office also takes responsibility for this and is there for all children and young people, from birth to adulthood - and in many cases beyond.
The Youth Welfare Office also supports parents in bringing up their children and offers a wide range of counselling services. The Youth Welfare Office focuses primarily on preventative, prophylactic services that start before the child is born, from childcare options and school social work to measures for young people and adolescents.
We want to offer families, children and young people customised support and are happy to answer all your questions and problems. Some people who need support are reluctant to utilise the services of a youth welfare office. The following pages will give you an insight into our options and services.
