A building block for nutrition education for the 3rd and 4th primary school classes
Project description:
The aid-EF is the first fully developed teaching concept for 3rd and 4th grade that focuses on the practical handling of food and kitchen utensils. In six to seven double lessons, the pupils prepare delicious salads, fruity quark dishes and other small meals.
The children learn about important kitchen techniques, hygiene rules and the food groups in the aid food pyramid in a playful way. Above all, however, the children should experience food with all their senses and have fun making it themselves, experimenting and eating together.
At the end of the project, there is a written test and a practical examination. Here the children can show what they have learnt. They cater for their guests with a cold buffet. Each child receives a personal driving licence document as confirmation of their kitchen skills.Description of the provider/cooperation partner:

The media package costs 40 euros.
