The workshop will take place from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm at the FrauenForum, Scheffelplatz 1, Homburg.

Meaningful relationships make us healthy, happy and successful. Conversely, imbalances in relationships can cause considerable harm and rob us of our precious vitality. Consequently, we would do well to invest in our relationship skills in order to enhance our overall well-being. This seminar demonstrates that good relationships have an enormous impact on our quality of life and can also have a positive effect on team performance, which is the foundation of our success. The foundation for all of this is the relationship we have with ourselves. The better we are trained to be aware of ourselves, the better we can regulate ourselves and, as a result, find constructive ways of dealing with challenging situations. Through theory and practice, we will explore what constitutes good connection and how our own physicality relates to it. This seminar encourages participants to experiment with movement and to experience the group as a resource for mastering upcoming processes of change with vigour. The workshop combines the Feldenkrais Method with practical exercises on contact and communication, and supports the application of these skills in everyday life.
