Subsidised renovation roadmaps & energy concepts
Existing buildings are usually refurbished step by step.
For the best possible refurbishment, it is important to have an overview and a roadmap. This shows which measures should be implemented in an economically and ecologically sensible way at any given time.
The Saarpfalz district therefore commissions external energy efficiency experts to draw up refurbishment roadmaps and energy concepts.
This makes it possible to find the best possible combination of necessary construction measures and utilisable funding in terms of energy measures on the buildings, energy efficiency measures and the use of renewable energies during energy-efficient refurbishment. The aim is to achieve a climate-neutral building stock.
Comprehensive energy consultations for non-residential buildings are subsidised by the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control.
A refurbishment roadmap has already been drawn up for the following properties and funding has been utilised:
- Homburg Community School (Robert Bosch School) - Main Building
- Bexbach Community School (Galileo School) - main building with FGTS
Energy concepts have already been drawn up for other properties.
