"Trippstadt Declaration"

On 30 June 2023, the alliance was further expanded with the formation of another tri-national team on behalf of a united Europe. Together with the district of Kusel and the Saarpfalz district, the district of Kaiserslautern and its Polish partner district of Olesno and its Ukrainian partner, the joint municipality of Bogorodchany, ceremoniously signed the "Trippstadt Declaration" in Olesno in the Voivodeship of Opole in Upper Silesia. In view of the war in Ukraine, the signatories declare their willingness to further expand existing international partnerships and create forms of cooperation that enable knowledge and experience to be shared in working groups, exchanges and projects.
