Service description
The register of building encumbrances is kept by the building supervisory authority. Requirements, conditions, time limits and reservations of cancellation can be entered in the register of building encumbrances.
The Lower Building Supervisory Authority of the Saarpfalz district is responsible for the registration of building encumbrances for properties in the Saarpfalz district, with the exception of the towns of Homburg and St. Ingbert (including all districts), as their building supervisory authorities maintain the register of building encumbrances for their area of responsibility themselves.
In some cases, the registration of a building charge is a mandatory requirement for the granting of a building permit.
The entry of a building charge in the register of building charges is subject to a fee.
