Service description
The building supervisory authorities must ensure that the public law regulations and the orders issued on the basis of these regulations are complied with during the construction, modification, change of use, removal and maintenance of installations.
The building inspection concerns, among other things
- the detection of illegal construction activity,
- the realisation of building condition inspections,
- the acceptance of temporary structures,
- the preparation of structural expertises for establishments subject to the catering building regulations.
With regard to the detection of illegal construction activity, please provide the specific address of the construction project. If you are able to do so, please send us any photographs you have taken in advance by e-mail.
We will then carry out a site inspection and check the permissibility of the building project.
