Service description
In accordance with Section 60 (1) of the State Building Code (LBO), the construction, modification and change of use of facilities requires planning permission, unless otherwise stipulated in Sections 61 to 63 and 77 LBO.
The Lower Building Supervisory Authority of the Saarpfalz district is responsible for processing building applications in the towns of Bexbach and Blieskastel and in the municipalities of Kirkel, Gersheim and Mandelbachtal.

- Reproduction of the 1:1,000 scale cadastral map (available from the State Office for Surveying, Geoinformation and Land Development)
- Site plan M 1:500
- Construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) M 1:100
- Calculation and graphic representation of the clearance areas
- Calculation of area and volume
- Structural verification
Please submit 4 copies of all documents, 1 copy of the structural engineering certificates is sufficient.
