Service description
An open-air assembly must be registered if a majority comes together for the purpose of forming and expressing a collective opinion. It is irrelevant whether the assembly is held at a fixed location or takes the form of a procession from location A to location B.
The Assembly Act does not apply to open-air events such as church services, church processions, pilgrimages, carnival events, street festivals, non-commercial flea markets or stand concerts.
Meetings in closed rooms do not have to be registered.

According to the Assembly Act, an open-air assembly must be registered 48 hours before it is announced.
Content of the application:
- Organiser
- Responsible manager
- Day
- Location
- Route (with lift)
- Topic
- as well as all means of publicity to be used during the assembly.
What deadlines do I have to observe?
Notice of the meeting must be given 48 hours prior to the announcement of the meeting.
