You want to register a brand-new vehicle that was produced in several stages, e.g. a motorhome.

Which documents are required?
- Valid identity card with current address or current registration confirmation or valid passport with current registration confirmation
- For legal entities and companies: Extract from the commercial register, business registration, ID of the person authorised to sign (managing director, authorised signatory)
- Power of attorney for authorised representatives and their ID or passport (also applies to spouses)
- SEPA direct debit mandate for vehicle tax
- For minors: Declaration of consent from the parent or legal guardian and driving licence or severely disabled person's pass
- Registration certificate part II or old vehicle registration document with. EEC Certificate of Conformity (COC paper) or data confirmation from the manufacturer / operating licence, if applicable
- Electronic insurance confirmation eVB (no insurance contract or policy)
- Attention: all COC papers must be presented
- If an individual authorisation is required for approval in accordance with §13 EC-FGV, approval is usually only granted one working day after the application has been submitted

What fees are charged?
Any fees incurred are charged on the basis of the Fee Regulations for Road Traffic Measures (GebOst).
