Replacement vehicle registration document exhibition

• valid identity card with current address or current registration confirmation or validpassport with current registration confirmation
• for legal entities and companies: Extract from the commercial register, business registration, ID of the person authorised to sign (managing director, authorised signatory)
• Authorisation for authorised representatives and their ID or passport (also applies to spouses) only if the vehicle registration document is illegible or with a theft report
• For minors: Declaration of consent by the parent or legal guardian, in the event of unusability and theft (with police report), in the event of loss, the parent or legal guardian must be consulted
• Old vehicle registration certificate or registration certificate part I
• Certificates of valid main inspection
• If the vehicle registration document or registration certificate part II is unusable: authorisation and identity card/passport (also copy) of the keeper (also applies to spouses)
• In the event of theft of the vehicle registration document or registration certificate part II: Power of attorney and identity card/passport (also copy) of the owner (also applies to spouses) plus theft report

Important: If the vehicle registration document is lost, the registered keeper must appear in person! We would like to point out that the vehicle cannot be transferred to another owner (buyer) during the period in which the vehicle registration document can be tendered.
