Service description
The senior citizens' office is committed to your interests. In the future, the aim is to ensure comprehensive and holistic care as well as the possibility of (social) participation in the Saarpfalz district.
With the help of the care support centre, the cities and municipalities, the senior citizens' representatives, the senior citizens' safety advisors and many other network partners, we are at your side to provide advice and support.
Tasks of the senior citizens' office:
- Contact point for senior-specific questions (leisure activities, counselling needs, etc.)
- Cooperation, coordination and networking
- Recognition and promotion of low-threshold care services § 45a ff. of SGB VI
- Realisation of events
- Support for senior citizen safety counsellors in the Saarpfalz district
- Platform for senior-specific information exchange
- Concept development/project planning (e.g. with independent organisations, associations, etc.)
