Specialist counselling for daycare centres
Service description
Specialist advice is aimed at educational professionals and facility managers in daycare centres as well as representatives of the providers in the Saarpfalz district.
The specialist advisors advise and support the daycare centres with a resource-oriented view from the outside and support the centres in the continuous development of their educational work. The organisation of the tasks in the specialist advisory service is based on the respective needs, problems and resources of the daycare centres. With the help of the different expertise and experience of the individual counsellors, a wide range of counselling topics can be covered.
The counselling topics include, among others:
- Pedagogical processes
- Inclusion and diversity
- Individual case counselling
- Parental work
- Team, organisational and concept development
- Organisation and/or further and advanced training
- Networking
- Educational programme with handouts for nurseries and kindergartens in Saarland
- Current scientific findings
- Legal requirements
The additional resources of the specialist counsellors enable prompt and intensive support for the daycare centres and the local providers and thus contribute to relieving the burden on all those involved in the system.
