Procedure
How do we advise?
Step 1:
We start with a personal interview to assess the situation. To do this, we find out what impairments or obstacles exist. The focus here is on wishes and problems.
Step 2:
In the second step, we analyse the current situation and jointly assess the need for help. We advise on which services are suitable to fulfil individual needs.
Step 3:
In the third step, we refer people to the responsible public organisations or other agencies in the assistance network. We provide support in realising entitlements to integration assistance and/or youth welfare services
What fees are charged?
Counselling is free of charge.
