The workshop will take place at the FrauenForum, Scheffelplatz 1, Homburg, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Many women are familiar with the feeling of losing sight of themselves in everyday life: caught between demands, expectations and internal pressure to perform. The workshop ‘Who is speaking inside me?’ invites participants to pause and reconnect with their own inner compass. Drawing on neuroscientific insights and through discussion, self-awareness exercises and inspiring ideas, participants explore their self-image, inner beliefs and personal resources. The aim is to recognise limiting inner patterns and develop new, empowering perspectives.
Please bring with you an openness to self-reflection, a willingness to engage in discussion, curiosity about your own processes, as well as comfortable clothing, writing materials and, if necessary, something to eat.
