The Saarpfalz District Adult Education Centre (KVHS), Blieskastel branch, is hosting a talk on Tuesday 20 October on the topic of ‘Inheritance law for property owners’. The event begins at 6 pm at the KVHS in the former boarding school in Blieskastel, Am Schloß 11 (Room 3). Access is via the Orangerie.
One’s own property is not only often the main component of one’s assets, but also frequently holds great emotional significance for the owner(s). In the context of inheritance law, legal as well as organisational questions arise in connection with property ownership. Anyone who leaves it too late to consider these matters and fails to make provisions for the event of their death often triggers unintended legal consequences. However, it is not only one’s own succession that is important to a property owner. They may also be faced with the death of a co-owner or, for example, a tenant.
