On Saturday, 20 June, the Saarpfalz District Women's Office is organising a seminar on the topic of "Shaping professional change processes" under the direction of personnel developer and communications trainer Doris Bogendörfer. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the FrauenForum, Scheffelplatz 1, Homburg.
Participants learn how to successfully manage change in their professional environment and utilise it as an opportunity and potential for growth. Key qualifications such as willingness to change and change competence are developed and strengthened together.
