Every hour on the hour between 11 am and 2 pm, excavation director Michael Ecker shares the latest exciting news about this archaeological site, which was discovered around 20 years ago during the construction of the sewage treatment works. In addition to early Celtic burial mounds, a late Celtic sanctuary and several buildings from the Roman period were also found there.
The meeting point is the small car park by the sewage treatment works. Admission is free – as is entry to the museum areas of the Kulturpark on this day. The short guided tours are available in both German and French, if required.
