Being able to harvest fresh herbs from your own garden is not just a delightful addition to your cooking. Mediterranean herbs in particular can be beautifully incorporated into the design of a perennial bed. Gertraud Schrecklinger will talk about the growing conditions and care required for annual and perennial herbs, as well as various ways of preserving them.
