This summer, the Saarpfalz District Adult Education Centre is once again offering its popular canoe tours in cooperation with Aventura Bliesgau GbR.
The varied trips on the Nied are also back on the programme. However, the route has changed slightly due to construction work. The event now starts a little further upstream at the entrance to Gomelange (Niedbrücke). The coordinates (Google input) are 49.240910, 6.470765.
The break is then taken in Freistroff, where the previous start was. The tour, whichdurch die geringe Strömung auch für Anfänger geeignet istand leads through a forest and meadow landscape with partly steep banks, ends after about ten and a half kilometres in Bouzonville.
All tours are conducted by trained professionals. Adults pay 40 euros, children up to the age of 12 25 euros. For more information on discounts or all-inclusive family prices, please contact the district adult education centre.
Im Preis enthalten sind: Die Leihgebühr für die Kanus mit Zubehör (Zweier- und Dreier-Kanus), also for a Schwimmweste für jede teilnehmende Person sowie die Tourführung. Für die Pausenverpflegung sorgen the participantsselbst.
There are still places available for the canoe tour on the following dates: 21 and 28 June, 12, 19 and 26 July, 16 and 30 August and 6 September.
