This year's holiday and leisure programme (pdf) of the Saarpfalz district youth welfare service is now available as a brochure and can be obtained from the district administration and all town halls in the Saarpfalz district. It can also be found online with the registration forms in the Youth & Family section of our website.
In keeping with tradition, there will once again be opportunities to get to know Europe better: on the one hand through holidays in Lisbon, Paris and Istria, and on the other through encounters with young people from Poland and Ukraine. Those who enjoy experimenting and being creative will find short films, podcasts and laboratory experiments on the subject of "cells", the holiday fun programmes in Bexbach, Blieskastel, Homburg, Kirkel and St. Ingbert as well as the ARTefix academies. For nature and environment lovers, the fishing holiday, bat hike, canoe tour and school farm are particularly exciting. The day trips lead to the Ottweiler Castle Theatre, the Pfalz Theatre in Kaiserslautern, the Tripsdrill Adventure Park, the Triolago leisure and camping lake on the Moselle, Luxembourg and Cologne.
The programmes, accompanied by responsible and trained teams of supervisors, are aimed at children and young people of different ages from the Saarpfalz district and the district of Neunkirchen. Together with its partners, the municipal youth welfare service tries to make it possible for children and young people with disabilities to take part in all the activities on offer, thereby anchoring the idea of inclusion in the programme.
