For many teenagers and young adults, important questions arise even before they leave school: What should they do after school? Vocational training or university? A voluntary social year, an internship or perhaps a stay abroad? This is where the Saarpfalz district's youth and work coordination centre comes in. For many years now, it has been accompanying and supporting young people and young adults aged 15 to 25 who live in the Saarpfalz district in their professional orientation and integration.
The coordination centre sees itself as a point of contact for young people, parents, schools and employers. In close cooperation with various institutions, it advises and supports young people in their search for suitable career prospects.
The support on offer ranges from help with finding an apprenticeship, job or university place to assistance with preparing applications and support in dealing with authorities, offices and employers. The coordination centre also provides information on further training opportunities, pre-vocational training measures and internships.
Counselling is free, uncomplicated and possible without an application. All you need to do is make an appointment by telephone or send a short e-mail.
