This year, the Saarpfalz district will once again be holding a Christmas party on Christmas Eve, 24 December, in the Thomas-Morus-Haus in Homburg-Erbach.
The celebration, which begins with lunch and ends with coffee and cake, will be open to all citizens with limited seating: Families, senior citizens, lonely people and/or people at risk of poverty are to be given a few carefree hours.
Alexandra Christmann, head of the Saarpfalz district's volunteer exchange, is looking for helping hands to organise this special event. On 24 December from 12.30 p.m., volunteers are still needed for the transport service and some other areas. Strong hands are also still needed on 27 December for the dismantling.
