The Saarpfalz District Adult Education Centre is offering a special cooking course for lovers of Thai cuisine on Wednesday, 24 January. The following dishes will be cooked: Thai coconut soup with chicken, Thom Kha Gai, Thai glass noodle salad, Yam Wun Sen, spicy chilli coriander sauce Prik Nam Pla, red Thai curry with beef, vegetables and Thai herbs. Mango sticky rice is served at the end. In the course, the handling of foreign spices and ingredients is deepened and extensively covered. The course takes place under the direction of Malte Mehler from 6 to 10 pm in Blieskastel.
