In order to make the building stock climate-neutral by 2045 , the heating systems must also be gradually converted.

All heating systems in the properties of the Saarpfalz district are therefore designed with the highest possible proportion of renewable energies.

This helps to significantly reduce emissions, minimise dependence on energy imports and cut costs in the long term.

The own shares of the investments are reduced by the subsidies available (at the time of planning).
