Information event for parents organised by
Kindertagespflege

The Youth Welfare Office of the Saarpfalz district continuously trains new day carers for a responsible job in accordance with the "Competence-oriented qualification manual". Child day care is an individual and flexible childcare option in a family environment that is equivalent to childcare in a crèche and is intended for children aged between zero and three. The suitability of the day carers and the childcare facilities used are checked by the youth welfare office.

The childminders organise their everyday educational routine with the children based on the Saarland education programme, which is also used in all daycare centres. A regulated daily routine and fixed rituals and routines make it easier for the children to find their way around the daycare centre and feel comfortable. Due to the small group size of a maximum of five children, the day carers are able to respond sensitively to the needs of each child and to accompany and support them in their development in the best possible way.

The youth welfare office of the Saarpfalz district is organising an information afternoon for parents on Wednesday, 2 July from 5 to 6.30 pm on the subject of childcare in day care. The venue is the Homburg Youth Welfare Office, Talstraße 57 b. All parents who are looking for a childcare place for their children are welcome to attend.

If you have any questions, please contact the two employees of the Youth Welfare Office who are organising the information event: Nina Oster, Social Pedagogue (B.A.), Tel. (06841) 104-8078 or Helena Gebel, Childhood Pedagogue (B.A.), Tel. (06841) 104-8526.
