A relaxation course with singing bowl meditation starts on Wednesday, 12 March at 7 pm in Blieskastel at the Saarpfalz-Kreis adult education centre. The course comprises five 90-minute sessions.
Many people are familiar with the feeling that everything is getting on top of them in everyday life and they want to take some time out. In this relaxation course, participants immerse themselves in a fascinating world of fantasy journeys, sound and vibration. The body can very quickly enter a state of deep relaxation through the vibration of the singing bowls and the resulting frequencies. Natural order and harmony can be restored and self-healing powers activated.
Course leader Sara Müller invites participants to travel to the most beautiful place in the world, namely to themselves. They will be able to cope better with everyday life with greater strength and vigour.
The participation fee is 60 euros.
