On Wednesday, 7 May, a relaxation course with sound for children between the ages of six and twelve begins at the Saarpfalz-Kreis adult education centre in Blieskastel at 6 pm. The course comprises five sessions of 60 minutes each. Many children already find it difficult to calm down and are constantly under pressure.
In her sound experience class, course leader Sara Müller offers a relaxed atmosphere in which children can playfully find inner peace. During this special time, children between the ages of six and twelve can experience their senses in a new, magical way. With gentle sounds, soothing tones and imaginative stories, they immerse themselves in a world of relaxation and imagination. The children can immerse themselves in the sounds and discover their own inner images and feelings - for more peace, joy and creativity.
Please provide your child with a floor mat, cushion, blanket, comfortable clothing and something to drink (ideally still water). The participation fee is 40 euros.
