The Saarpfalz district adult education centre is offering a lecture on heating technologies on 12 November at 6 p.m. at its premises in Blieskastel.
Matthias Marx, energy consultant at the Saarland Consumer Centre and building expert, will present possible new heating technologies on this evening. In addition to energy efficiency and the use of possible fuels for the various heating systems, he will also explain the refurbishment obligations stipulated by the Building Energy Act (GEG). In addition, the obligations arising from the GEG will be discussed, as well as options for connecting to a heating network, heat pump technology, direct electricity heating, split air conditioning units and air-to-air heat pumps, etc.
In his presentation, he will also go into the practical and technical advantages and disadvantages of the respective systems and provide information on funding opportunities in order to give interested parties assistance and valuable tips in their search for a new, future-orientated heating system. Participation is free of charge.
