The women's office of the Saarpfalz district is offering a lecture on the subject of Feldenkrais. The lecture will take place on Thursday, 5 December, from 6.30 pm at the Frauenforum am Homburg Scheffelplatz and will be given by Feldenkrais teacher Tanja Haupenthal.
This lecture provides information about the Feldenkrais Method and its inventor Moshe Feldenkrais. This is a body-orientated learning method that is based on organic learning, as it takes place during development from baby to toddler, and which can help to reduce pain by improving movement habits.
