This summer, the Saarpfalz District Adult Education Centre is once again offering its popular canoe tours in cooperation with Aventura Bliesgau GbR.
On 23 June, 21 July or 11 August, participants can enjoy the beauty of the biosphere from a different perspective on the route from Bliesbrück to Blies-Schweyen. The tour on the Blies is particularly suitable for families.
The canoe tour on the Nied (14 July, 28 July, 8 September) starts in Freistroff and ends in Filstroff after 9.9 kilometres. The route leads through a forest and meadow landscape with steep banks in places. It is also suitable for beginners due to the low current.
The Sûre can be explored on 4 or 25 August. This tour starts in Wallendorf and ends after 15 kilometres in Echternach. Due to the higher flow speed of the river, the length of the tour is comparable to the Blies and Nied.
All tours are conducted by trained specialists.
The tour price includes: The hire fee for the canoes with accessories (double and triple canoes), a life jacket for each participant and the tour guide.
