The mobility management of the district administration would like to point out that the buses in the Saarpfalz district (lines 501-598 and R-lines) are not affected by the upcoming ver.di strike. As the drivers of the bus companies contracted by the Saarpfalz district are employed under a different collective labour agreement, there will be no traffic restrictions.
However, Saarbahn buses (100 and 800 lines) and NVG buses (300 and 700 lines), which also commute into the Saarpfalz district, are affected. As a result, there may be cancellations in the Ormesheim area in the direction of Saarbrücken and Bexbach in the direction of Neunkirchen. As strikes in the bus industry have also been announced in Rhineland-Palatinate, all 200 bus lines commuting into and out of the Saarpfalz district may also be affected by cancellations.
