The district election committee of the Saarpfalz district, which met on 12 April, has approved the following parties for the district elections on 9 June: SPD, CDU, AfD, GRÜNE, FDP, DIE LINKE, FAMILIE, FWG. All nominations were authorised.
The District Election Committee has approved the candidacies of the following candidates for the election of the District Administrator on 9 June: Frank John (SPD), Klaus-Ludwig Fess (CDU), Dr Christian Wirth (AfD) and Barbara Spaniol (DIE LINKE).
The candidate's applications were received on time.
The above results are provisional. Complaints can be lodged with the Electoral Complaints Committee until midnight on 15 April.
