The Saarpfalz District Adult Education Centre is offering a cookery course with experienced chef Malte Mehler on Thursday 16 May from 6 to 10 pm.
This evening is all about the most important ingredients of Italian cuisine: homemade pasta, preparing risottos and making tasty pesti. Who doesn't know and love them? Participants learn the rules and tricks to follow when preparing Italian national dishes in a cosy atmosphere.
The menu includes homemade ravioli with herb cream cheese, homemade tagliatella all'arrabbiata, risotto with fresh herb pesto and roasted gilthead fillet and panna cotta with marinated strawberries.
The course takes place in the kitchen of the Geschwister-Scholl-Schule, the participation fee is 76 euros including food.
