Commitment to children and youth issues

As a municipal constitutional body, the Youth Welfare Committee plans, promotes and develops youth welfare and youth work programmes in the Saarpfalz district. Among other things, it deals with the concerns of young people and their situations in the Saarpfalz district. Its members also include self-organised associations, e.g. self-help groups, parents' associations and self-representations of children and young people in youth welfare or youth work.

The Youth Welfare Committee calls for the participation of self-organised associations that are committed to children's or youth issues in the Saarpfalz district. The organisation must be based in the Saarpfalz district. The representatives must also not be involved in professional organisations. The association must also be purely voluntary and permanent.

All interested parties are welcome to contact the Youth Welfare Office by 9 June on (06841) 104-8104, by e-mail to [email protected] or by post: Saarpfalz-Kreis, Jugendamt, Am Forum 1, 66424 Homburg.
