Consultancy in the following areas:
- Medical & socio-medical topics
- Questions about hygiene & infection protection
- Questions about health and prevention
Expertises include:
Preparation of medical reports on the following issues:
- Civil service matters (recruitment examinations, fitness for duty,...)
- Expertise on behalf of other authorities (e.g. aid office or immigration authority)
- Official medical certificates in case of inability to take examinations
- Official medical certificates when taking medicines abroad that are subject to the Narcotics Act (link to Schengen certificate)
Please bring the following documents with you to an official medical examination:
- Identity card
- Completed medical history form (will be sent to you by post)
- Written examination request (if this was not sent directly to the health authority)
- Current, meaningful medical documents, laboratory results and medication plans
- Visual aids, hearing aids if available
- Vaccination book
Information in case of inability to take the exam:
- Please introduce yourself to us in person.
- Medical certificate with diagnosis and duration of incapacity for examination from your family doctor
- Identity card
