Women & Work Coordination Centre
The Women & Career Coordination Office was set up in 2004 as a cooperation project between the Saarpfalz District Women's Office, the Saarpfalz Economic Development Agency, the Saarpfalz District Job Centre and the Saarland Employment Agency.
Since then, the goals of the Women & Work Coordination Centre have been
- Promoting women's access to all levels of the labour market and thus also promoting women's financial independence
- Publicising and eliminating the gender pay gap
- Development and implementation of target group-specific training programmes for women to (re)enter, advance or reorient their careers
- Organisation of professional development and networking events
