Your job centre introduces itself
Since 1 January 2012, the Saarpfalz district has been one of 110 option municipalities in Germany responsible for supporting recipients of unemployment benefit II and their families.
We therefore not only ensure people's livelihoods by paying unemployment benefit II ("citizen's income"), but also see our core task as effectively supporting people in taking up and maintaining employment.
The aim of all our activities is sustainable integration into working life. If necessary, vocational skills are also improved through training or additional social support is provided. We can draw on a wide range of programmes offered by our cooperation partners.
