Mission statement of the Association for Labour and Qualification in the Saarpfalz District (AQuiS GmbH)

AQuiS GmbH is a regionally based, reliable and experienced partner/actor in the development, design and implementation of offers in the areas of counselling, employment and qualification in the Saarpfalz district. These are aimed at children, parents, teenagers and young adults, adults, refugees and people with a migration background.


We offer a wide range of socio-educational support in various projects. These include preventative approaches, parent and network work as well as individual and long-term guidance, counselling and support.

We reach, retain and stabilise our participants through a personal approach. AQuiS employs, supports and qualifies people by teaching them manual and job-specific skills in socially important fields of activity.

We support our participants in life planning and accompany them on their (return to) working life. We also promote cooperation between various social players and institutions in order to create a strong network that provides our target groups with the best possible support.


We carry out basic scientific work in the development of cultural and historical sites in the Saarpfalz district. Our work in the employment programmes enhances the infrastructure and cultural landscape. In this way, we increase the regional identity and the development of tourist attractiveness in the Saarpfalz district and the Bliesgau biosphere reserve.

In addition, we are commissioned by the Saarpfalz district to organise specialist conferences on current labour market policy topics. The primary objective here is to promote constructive exchange between regional labour market policy stakeholders.


We offer training and retraining places in traditional fields of activity.
