About us
The Gesellschaft für Arbeit und Qualifizierung im Saarpfalz-Kreis (AQuiS GmbH) was founded in 1997. In the early years, the services offered included support for the long-term unemployed as part of measures in accordance with § 19 BSHG and ABM measures. In line with the legal changes in SGB II and SGB III, we have been involved since 2005 in the creation and implementation of employment and qualification measures (including work opportunities) for participants who are in receipt of benefits under SGB II, SGB III or SGB XII. As a regional service provider for the social and labour market policy of the Saarpfalz district, we provide comprehensive help to ensure that life plans succeed: from infants to children, adolescents, young adults and the elderly. We offer prevention, support, stabilisation, integration into life and further development through employment and qualification. Oriented towards the reality of people's lives, our programmes and our work in the various measures enhance the image of the Saarpfalz district and enable people to participate in society, develop personally and identify with their living environment.
