Milestone
The"Meilenstein " project is a low-threshold programme in the run-up to training, qualification or employment. The aim of "Meilenstein" is the professional and social integration of adolescents and young adults. The project is based on general education and vocational training combined with individualised support for social skills and personal performance. The introduction and integration into the training and employment system is pursued during the course of the programme through intensive social and networking work, company trials and the involvement of participants in project-related work.
