Kirkel sewing box
Measure according to § 16d SGB II
The Kirkeler Nähkästchen is a cosy little sewing room. In the sewing box, individual workpieces made with love and care are created according to their own designs: historical decorations for the Kirkel Castle Summer, bags and cuddly toys made from fabric remnants, various products made from recycled plastic bags, seat cushions made from old T-shirts and much more. The activities support the transfer of knowledge in the field of regional cultural history and educational work on a sustainable, environmentally conscious and socially responsible way of life.
